Main Navigation

The Main Menu is a list of the available modules for the user to navigate smoothly through the app. The main menu expands and collapses to reveal the names of the modules, but users can also click on the icon to navigate to that module.

Help Menu

Walkthrough: the portal has a first-time user walkthrough designed to help people get acquatined with the interface and functionality. Users can review that walkthrough by clicking the option in the Help Menu.

Help: opens the support page for the portal, which includes the Wiki and support contacts for escalation purposes.

User Menu

Account Profile: the active User’s name will appear in the top of the menu with the user’s account tier visible. Selecting the Account Profile will bring the user to the account settings page.

Preferences: shortcut to the user preferences page, which allows users to control the language, units of measure, and other portal options.

Logout: click to end the active session.
